| To access your mailbox from outside the
office when the phone system is answered automatically, wait for the recorded answer,
then press * plus your mailbox number, and when asked, enter your password and #.
Follow the voice prompts for various functions. Note: in some systems, it may be necessary to enter #6 to switch into voice mail, before entering * plus your mailbox number. During message playback, press 1 to back-space to beginning of current message, 2 to skip to next message, 3 to erase. Press 0 (zero) to repeat Help menu. Press * to exit menu. Press #6 to get into Voice Mail from other voice processing functions. Press #8 to get into Automated Attendant (to call a phone, not a mailbox) from other voice processing functions. Dial extension number 165 to get into voice mail from a phone within the office (unless your system uses a different extension number). To leave a message for someone else, dial the mailbox number. If you don't know the mailbox number, press #1 for a directory. When you get answered, you can press 2 to stop the greeting, and start recording immediately.
